Foreclosure is a disaster for the homeowner, the community and the real estate business.  I am committed to learn
as much about solutions and other information as I can.  My intent is to share that learning with homeowners so they
can make informed decisions about the future of their largest investment -- their home.

The designations by my name represent training sessions that I have taken to help me meet that intention.

I have held the Workforce Housing Specialist designation for quite some time. When the real estate market was
different, I worked primarily with first-time home buyers. Being there when folks found their first home; almost
as if that home was looking for them too, made a fulfilling job for me.

When foreclosures came to the forefront of the market, it became another focus for me. Having foreclosed property
available means a family has been economically damaged. That property doesn't get to perform to the best of its
ability in the market. Being a Certified Default Resolution Specialist (CDRS) as well as a Short Sale and Foreclosure
Resource (SFR) gave me more tools to work with as I offered to list and market properties that were at risk.

Developing my skills with these tools has enabled me to conduct the workshops that are scheduled every month which can bring information to someone who is upside down in their house.

I am going to be releasing a short e-workbook for people to be able to download and use before they have a chance to attend a live workshop.  We've got most of the material organized and I anticipate that release in the next couple of weeks or sooner.
